  • 3 cups Cabbage
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Water

Instructions

Place and Arrange Ingredients

Place the cabbage in a large bowl. Arrange the cucumbers, edamame, carrots, bell peppers and peanuts on top. Sprinkle with cilantro.

Dressing

For the dressing: Whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce and warm water until smooth.

Serve

Drizzle the peanut dressing over the vegetables. Serve immediately.
