Cucumber Authentic Sauce

These falafels are the closest thing to NYC street vendor falafels! Made the traditional way with dried soaked chickpeas! Great on a pita with lettuce, cucumber and yogurt. Asafoetida is usually found in Middle Eastern or Indian food stores. If you prefer, you can use 2 to 3 garlic cloves and 1 small chopped onion instead. This is a great base recipe, customize it to your own tastes. This is a great recipe for falafel. Everyone that I have made it for loves it. Yum!

Mama's Cheese Ball

No Southern appetizer table is complete without a cheese ball. Perfectly paired with crackers or veggies, a traditional cheese ball with Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and a kick of Worcestershire sauce is an easy crowd-pleaser. This recipe comes to us from the Mama of Charlie Muncaster, half of country music duo Muscadine Bloodline.

Grill Foil Packet Dinners

Putting on a summer clambake has never been easier than with this foil packet recipe that’s ready in just 40 minutes. Lowcountry taste in the lowest amount of time ever!

Chicken Sandwich

As a Chick-fil-A blog post revealed, the cooking method of the sandwich is unique. The original Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich is cooked in a commercial pressure cooker for a "juicy, tender boneless chicken breast from start to finish in just four minutes." It's also worth noting that the chicken is cooked in 100% refined peanut oil, while other fast food joints tend to use soybean oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, and others.

Quick-Fix Suppers

White Lightning Chicken Chili gets its name because it only takes 30 minutes from start to finish to get this one-dish meal to the table. Don't drain the chopped green chiles or navy beans. Serve chili with cornbread.

Homemade Croutons

Store-bought meals and ingredients make life much easier, but some things are undeniably better homemade (Mama knows this too well). If you’ve never tried homemade croutons, get ready—they’ll quickly be moved to your list of things you should always make at home. It might seem like a hassle to bake croutons when there are plenty of varieties on the shelf at the grocery store, but it’s shockingly easy to make your own. Because you control what kind of bread and seasonings to make them with (as well as the size and crunchiness to your preference), homemade croutons are healthier than processed.
