All orders on our website are processed automatically on our secure payment processor and sent for delivery as soon as the chef finishes cooking your meal and your order is packed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. While we understand that orders might need to be changed or cancelled sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following Cancellation Policy:

 
 If you cancel within 15 minutes of placing an order, you will be assessed a 30% cancellation fee before refund is issued.

 If you cancel your order after 15 minutes, while the meal is being prepared cancellation won├óÔé¼Ôäót be allowed.

 If an order is refused at delivery, no refund will be made.
